In the past, we have called other plumbers in the area and been very unsatisfied with their service. Bryan was helpful, quick and thorough. I will definitely call with any future plumbing problems that we may have. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Called them on a Sunday morning and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Dwaine was very helpful and courteous. Mine was kind of a strange situation as my 85yr old grandfather decided to “help” fix a clog and had completely taken apart the toilet in the process. Dwaine recommended I get a new toilet since the old one was very old and prone to clogging (and since the tank is permanently attached to the bowl, my grandfather wouldn’t be able to take the new one apart!). I followed him to Home Depot so we could pick out a new toilet and he loaded into his van. Once we got back to the house, he installed the new toilet very quickly – probably about 30 min. All in all, it was a very good experience and they really saved the day.

Not only did I receive prompt service — a serviceman came the same day I called — but I was also impressed with the serviceman’s knowledge. He was honest about what our options were, and he also checked other plumbing areas in our house to see if we needed any repairs or replacements. When he discovered that our disposal was cracked, he actually had a new disposal on his truck, so he was able to replace it that same day! I liked that a lot! Another thing I liked about this company is that they don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. They also give you an estimate prior to doing the repair. Based on my experience with Americas Plumbing, I would definitely call them the next time we need plumbing service.
